TIGA is an operational technology systems integrator based in The Woodlands, Lafayette, Dallas, Denver and Williston. We believe that systems integration is a fundamental component to leveraging new and well-established technologies against operational problems that exist within the Upstream, Midstream and Downstream oil and gas sector. Our objective is to be a trusted service provider capable of integrating our clients Control Systems, Industrial Networks, SCADA Systems, Decision Support Systems and integrating the Real-Time and Custody Transfer Data into the Enterprise.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Journeyman or Master Electrician with the installation of conduit, tray, wire and electrical equipment.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a professional manner with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
Ability to assist in conducting electrical work in accordance with relevant codes, and customer specifications
Effectively generate and communicate detailed work records and paperwork
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
0-4 years in the industrial electrical field.
Ability to help fabricate and install conduit, tray, wire and electrical equipment.
Maintains an apprentice card showing that he or she is in a apprenticeship for the state of North Dakota.
High School diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license and will need to meet the company and company's insurers driving policy requirements.
Applicable regulatory safety training is a plus
SKILLS:
Knowledge of most electrical components commonly found in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
Ability to work safely and recognize potential hazards.
Competent with the use of tools and equipment as it relates to the electrical trade.
PERSONAL RELATION SKILLS:
Must be a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
Must possess strong interpersonal and excellent communication (written and oral) skills.
Must be able to work collaboratively and cooperatively, take direction, work well in a team environment, and interact with all levels of management, engineering, systems, operations and field personnel.

Multimeter
Megger
Amp Probe
Calibration equipment (Hart, Crystal, Loop calibrators, etc.)
Hand-held electrical tools needed to perform his or her job duties.
Forklift, Manlift, trencher etc.
WORK CONDITIONS:
28x14 or 21x21 Rotation
Position will work primarily in the field. Subject to time pressures and constraints and is also dependent on input from others. Need to be fit for duty.
Must have a valid driver’s license and will need to meet the company's insurers driving policy requirements.
Per diem will be compensated to defray expenses associated with traveling, meals and lodging in accordance to applicable law.
Subject to a background check, as well as drug and alcohol testing, per applicable federal regulations.
