Press Release
(Houston, Texas, June 17th, 2020)- On May 10th, 2020 The Integration Group of Americas Inc. (TIGA), a US based systems integration and engineering services company based in The Woodlands, TX entered into a two year Tier One Preferred Partnership Agreement (PPA) with TEK industries. TEK Industries is a Native American- owned engineering and manufacturing company. This agreement states that TIGA is now able to work on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation located in North Dakota.
Chad Mercke, I & E Manager of TIGA states, “this agreement between TIGA and TEK Industries, approved by MHA TERO, is a great opportunity. The Tier One status provides TIGA the requirements to compete for projects on the Reservation. The Master Service Agreements (MSA) TEK Industries holds with other companies, opens the door for TIGA to provide service offerings to those companies who would otherwise be unaware of our capabilities and solutions available on the Reservation.”
TEK Industries, is an oilfield service company that specializes in water transfer, workover, hot oil, winch/crane services and tank rentals, not including other service offerings with their MSA partners. With the Tier One partnership, TEK Industries’ service offerings now include Automation, I & E and SCADA services that any one of TEK Industries’ clients can utilize on the reservation via TIGA.
“This agreement gives TEK the opportunity to expand the services we provide to our partners. TIGA is a well-established company who gets to expand their reach and work with new customers in new locations, while we increase our knowledge and service more of current customer needs,” states TEK Industries’ Vice President, Paul McClennen.
Any company looking to render Automation, I & E and/or SCADA services on the Reservation can visit with TEK Industries or contact TIGA.
