Culture is the character and personality of the organization. It's what makes a business unique and is the sum of its values, traditions, beliefs, interactions, behaviors, and attitudes. When employers interview a prospective employee, they often consider whether the candidate is a good cultural fit, the same stands true for the candidate evaluating if they would fit in the culture. Here is what one of our employees recently had to say about TIGA's Culture.

We should all take a page out of Derek Sivers book of wisdom above, but the sad truth is that we simply say "yes" to too many things.

The chances are high that you know someone who has served in the military. It may be a family member, neighbor, friend, or a co-worker. These heroes have selflessly given up many freedoms to protect ours. Each year, they are thanked many times over on November 11th - Veteran's Day. However, showing thanks should not be limited to this one day. There are many other ways to show our gratitude throughout the year.

Employees quit their jobs or leave other opportunities to chase their dream or join in the pursuit of someone else’s. It’s fun, exciting, and a bit nerve-racking. But even scarier is the fact that at most given moments, more businesses are closing or shutting down at an often faster rate.

What is “∫”? 

The ∫ is the ‘Integral’ symbol. It is typically seen as a rite of passage for those who know what it is, but it represents much more than years of calculus and differential equations or the area under the curve. The Integral symbol in math means:  

A function of which a given function is the derivative, i.e., which yields that function when differentiated, and which may express the area under the curve of a graph of the function. 

 When John Miller decided to start The Integration Group of Americas (TIGA) in February 2017, he had the support of his family, a veteran business partner, and a few years of experience working in the tech-industrial space.
